September brought so many wonderful things in our efforts to locate Terry. If she only knew how many people miss her and love her.. how we all failed her when she needed support and I will never give up until she is HOME!!
The Candlelit Prayer Vigil went extremely well, lots of family and friends and my heart was so overwhelmed with love and support and the beautiful things shared about Terry by everyone there.
Then Sunday after the Vigil, I made my way to Virgina Beach, Va to open the NamUs.gov convention for Missing and Unidentified. I was asked to be the keynote speaker and open the 3 day convention by bringing the Family's Perspective When a Loved One Goes Missing. It went very well and I was able to share Terry's story with over 150+ Law Enforcement, Advocate Agents and Various person's associated with Missing Person's cases.
I attended and opened the Candlelit Prayer Vigil for Hope Curry Missing from Virgina Beach, Va. since 2000.. very sad story and just a beautiful young Mother. Her Mother and friends were so wonderful to me and I could not do enough to help them and I will continue to keep them in my prayers and thoughts.
As I prepare for the month of October and upcoming Holiday Season's start I am trying to remain optimistic that some news will come and bring Terry HOME. While each day grows colder and my heart knows the frozen earth is so hard to bare, I will worry is she ok, is she warm and protected. I try to not think about those things nor the fact that it seems with each passing day that she will never be found alive, I pray and I pray hard, that a miracle is given to Terry and her Family and Friends with her return. Even if in death, to put her to rest at peace with her Mother here in Raleigh, would be better than an eternity of not knowing.
Thank you for your continued support of helping to find Terry and Terry's Family. We will not give up. Not Forgotten!!!

Prayer/Candlelite Vigil Saturday Evening
Last night I witnessed such an outpouring of support and rain!! I can truly say I was shocked, amazed and my heart filled with so much love last night. We could not actually hold a candle light vigil because we had huge Thunderstorms, Flash Flood warning, Tornado warnings and more people kept showing up.. Rain Gear, Umbrella's in tow, saying "Lets Do This", we can still do this!! WOW.. WOW.. this is so telling of who Terry really is and how much she is loved, supported and missed. We will be planning our next vigil over this week and depending upon weather!! But Lord Blessed us with so many showing up and a childhood friend who has a missing loved one as well having her Vigil in SC, taking time from their activities to light one for Terry and say a prayer for Terry!! God Blessed Us Yesterday for sure!!!
Thank you to all who showed up and braved the storm with hearts and souls ready no matter what it took. I am inspired and stronger than ever to find Terry and I am not backing down or giving up!!!

Candle Light Prayer Vigil For Terry
Saturday Sept 9th at 7:45 we will gather at the Powell Drive Park in West Raleigh to Honor, Support, Reflect and pray for Terry, her family and her friends. Please come help us join voices and prayer that God leads us to her location so we can bring Terry HOME!!! Not Forgotten !!

Terry's Story.. Please Read and Share This Information...
Terry's last contact with family was on 06/03/2009, she called her cousin to let her know that she and her son Xander were on the way to Raleigh NC for a visit. The discussion included Terry sounded very anxious and her cousin asked are you Ok, Terry replied No we will talk once I get there and she attempted to sound upbeat and Ok. This would be the very last contact she had with anyone outside of her "husband".
Two years would go by with various email communications between Terry's "husband" and her Father/StepMother and they were lead to believe that she was still with him. Terry's father finally sent an email stating have Terry call us herself within two weeks or we are reporting her missing. The call never came and her Father and Brother reported her missing with Asheville PD.
There has been no activity on Terry's credit, no renewal of her drivers license or new license being issued in any of the 50 states. Terry is a very beautiful, kind, soft spoken and gentle lady. She is 5'1" tall and weighs at the most 95lbs. She generally dyes her hair a beautiful Auburn/Red but natural would be brown/w grey beginning to show. She was 33 years old when she disappeared and would now in 2012 be 36 years old.
Terry is not the type of person that would just disappear and not make contact with family or her child. If you have any information or questions, please feel free to make comments or you can private message me and I am more than happy to try my best to answer you.
